At Rokeyroad Creamery, we believe real milk should be rich in flavor, handled with care, and as close to the source as possible. That’s why our Whole Milk is small-batch, vat-pasteurized, and delivered from our farm to your table in just a matter of hours. With 4% or higher butterfat, it’s creamier and fuller than standard store-bought milk, which typically contains just 3.25% fat. What makes it even more special is that it’s 100% A2 milk—our cows have been carefully tested to produce only the A2 beta-casein protein, which is known to be easier on digestion and may be a better option for those with milk sensitivities. While we do homogenize to keep the cream from separating, we never compromise on quality or process. From ethical farming practices to careful handling, we’re committed to delivering a product that’s not just good, but good for you.
